Description

The intern will support the Technical Operations team by assisting in editing and assembling raw footage into high-quality, broadcast-ready content in line with company standards. Valuable practical experience will be gained in video and audio editing, graphics, subtitles, and media workflows.

Responsibilities

• Assist with editing short- and long-form video content for news and current affairs
• Apply basic video corrections, blurs, and voice alterations when needed
• Insert subtitles, graphics, run-ins, and run-outs according to broadcast specs
• Support audio editing, including laying voice-overs and adjusting audio levels

Qualifications

• National Senior Certificate (NQF Level 4) - Essential
• National Diploma in Broadcast (NQF Level 6)- Essential
